Please ensure this is done before PELD
A helpful first step in planning for your year as President is to complete a club health survey. Rotary International has developed this tool to help you identify your club’s strengths and areas for improvement. Using it early allows you to begin shaping meaningful goals for the year ahead.
You can choose how to administer the survey: complete it yourself, and invite all club members to participate. In most cases, involving all members provides a broader and more accurate picture of your club’s current state. The survey is analysed automatically, and you will receive a link to the results. You should share these insights with your members to encourage transparency and strengthen their involvement in the planning process.
Please note: All survey responses are anonymous, and the results are only shared with the people you choose.
How it works?
The Rotary Health Check has been developed in Survey Monkey. Each club has its own survey. Copy the link (click on the the name of your club and copy the URL) and send to club members. When you are happy that enough members have completed the survey, email Gayle Malcolm and she will send you a report. You can ask for a PDF version and/or PowerPoint so you can share the results.
